I think if you're talking about transport and social exclusion, or employment opportunities, then buses are the key because they're disproportionately used by the working class. Are buses regulated in Wales, or are we still operating under the free market model of bus provision set up under Thatcher? I know England are slowly (too slowly) moving towards giving local authorities more powers over buses, but am slightly in the dark about Welsh policy.
