Wales has great skills of using "expertise" terminology but in reality deliver "Poor" advice and guidance in many areas. I came into the third sector with vision totally blind of "The System" wow didnt I have an eye opener!! My terminology of "Experts" turned to "jobsworths" Harsh but true!! Nick
